Obituary of Mary Lee Radford

Mary Lee Radford, 75, of Aurora passed away Friday May 13, 2016 at home surrounded by family. The daughter of the late Corwin D. "Punk" and Beulah Canterbury Myers, she was born March 19, 1941 in Boomer, WV. Mary attended the Aurora United Methodist Church. She was a Methodist Pastor in the Grantsville, Baker and Mt. Storm areas for several years. She was a loving mother and an exceptional grandmother. She is survived by three sons and spouses, Freddy and Mary Radford of Roanoke, WV, Derrick and Cara Radford of Aurora and Mack and Lisa Radford of Limestone; two daughters, Fay Harvey and husband Michael of Kitzmiller and Jody McConnell of Aurora; two brothers, Brent and Timmy Myers both of Fayettville, WV; four sisters, Ella Whiteman and Robin Rice both of Ansted, WV, Billie Jo Kennedy of CA and Bambi Oneal of Fayettville; 18 grandchildren: Heather (Dave), Cory, Jenny (Hunter), Shane, Jackson, Laina, Hilary (Matt), Caleb, Lakin (Anthony), Katelyn (Chris), Hunter, Amber (Toby), Lenae (Harlin), Isaac, Colton, Dylan, Sarah and Sam; seven great grandchildren, Carter, Harper, Mason, Declan, Luke, Briar and Levi; several step brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Darrell F. Radford in 2012 and a sister, Louella Myers. Family and friends will be received at the Aurora Memorial Building on Sunday from 4-7. The funeral service will be held at the Aurora United Methodist Church on Monday May 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Sonny McNear officiating. Burial will follow in the Aurora Cemetery.
