Tim's Dad & my Dad, Ray Calhoun were friends for years. Shirley & "Bud" were frequent visitors to the farm at Rodamer, and a source of friendship & help to Dad when they could. As youngsters, Tim & brother, Dave, spent a lot of time at the farm. Dad enjoyed their company, and it gave him satisfaction to teach and tell them his stories. I've literally known Tim my entire life. I was the little brat that bugged him and my uncle John and aunt Peggy. Later in life we figured out we were related and enjoyed the competition on the pool table. Many fond memories. May he rest in peace. Breath easy, ride hard and shoot straight up in heaven. Hugs to his wonderful wife and family.

This beautiful brick home situated on Highland Avenue was built in 1898 by Sylvester Rinerd as a summer home. It was named Sunset Hall and was the first large home built on the hill.
