I was so sorry to hear about Jean's passing. We met and became good friends when we both taught at Granville, then Riverside, and finally, Cheat Lake Elementary. Jean and I had many good conversations about school, our lives, and our families, and we enjoyed a similar sense of humor. Even though we lost touch in later years, I have many wonderful memories of our friendship.

Remembering a wonderful lady and thinking of you all as you celebrate Jean today and her wonderful, well-lived life. I was saddened to hear of Jeans passing Jerry. I know she will be missed by all who knew her. I have known her for some time and she has always been so kind. I will never forget the times when the gang came to your cabin for lunch and to play golf. We had such a good time. I know she is with God and in a better place.

Bill and I are so sorry for the passing of Jean. We have fond memories of happy times together when we were all a little younger! I still have a Christmas ornament one of her classes made from Waitman-Barbe and an apron that her class painted on the fabric and she made the apron. May God Bless and comfort you.
