Melvin was a fixture here in TA. Such a kind person. I for one will miss seeing him walking along the street.

Everytime I see someone walking the streets of Terra Alta I think of Melvin. Although offered many times he would never take a ride..."just going up the road" . Fly high Melvin, Heaven awaits your loving soul with a much better road to walk.

I will always remember Melvin as the kind and generous man he was. He always had a smile and always tried to make you laugh. He was also a self taught artist. I remember him drawing me pictures on scrap paper, truly amazing drawer. Rest In Peace Melvin...
