Today is a little less bright knowing that Dorothy is no longer with us. What a wonderful person she was. I was blessed to have worked for her when she was principal at Red House. She was truly one of the greatest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Rest in peace, Dorothy!

We met Dorothy some years ago through the GriefShare program she helped lead. What a great lady...very kind and giving to so many. Dorothy is enjoying her well-deserved reward with family and friends, in the very presence of almighty God. We will miss her until we see her again.

Dorothy was such a wonderful person, teacher, and friend. I loved her so much. She was always an inspiration to me and would tell me about the things I did when I was a child in her pre-school class at Red House. She appreciated my friendship and encouragement to her after the death of her husband, Bob. I would try to keep up with her through Diana at work and ask how she was doing. She was such a great example of what it means to be a Christ-like person. Her life stands as a testament to all that she believed in and will be long remembered by those who knew her best. My sorrow is shared with all of her family in losing such a precious soul.

So very sorry for your loss. She was such a kind, loving, gracious, lady. Beautiful inside and out. Always a smile and a kind word when I came to visit. No matter what treatments she needed, she never complained. She made me a better person for having known and cared for her. She made our world a better place for having touched so many lives in such a positive and loving way. She was very fortunate to have raised such a loving family that stayed at her bedside and cared for her every step of the way. Just imagine those beautiful wings !!!! Love you Dorothy.
