Obituary of Patricia A. Shreve

Patricia A. Shreve, 82, of Terra Alta died Sunday May 8, 1016 at Dennett Road Manor, Oakland, MD following a brief illness. The daughter of the late Charles B. and Lena E. Trembly Smith, she was born August 28, 1933 in Terra Alta. She was a long time member of the First United Methodist Church, Terra Alta. She graduated from Terra Alta High School. Patty worked for many years as a secretary to Everhart, Everhart and Brown Law offices in Kingwood and for the owner of the H-P Stores, Mr. Feld at the headquarters in Oakland, MD. She was also a deputy Sheriff of Preston County. She is survived by her brother, Richard A. Smith of Terra Alta; step daughter Diane (Wayne) Lewis and step granddaughter, Danielle Lewis, all of Terra Alta, several nieces, nephews; great nieces and nephews and one brother-in-law, Howard Nordeck of GA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Shreve; one sister, Betty Nordeck; one niece, Sonja Smith Cuppett; one nephew, Michael Smith; and sister-in-law, Shirley Smith.
