Obituary of Rita Hannelore Weinberg

Rita Hannelore Schwab Weinberg, 88, of Terra Alta, passed away Thursday March 2, 2017 at her home in Cranesville. She was born October 21, 1928 in Karlsruhe, Germany a daughter of the late Fritz Droes and Paula Schwab. Rita was a loving mother and grandmother. She attended the Faith United Methodist Church for many years. She is survived by a daughter, Carol Jean Shisler of Sicklerville, NJ; a granddaughter, Rita Ann Smith of Sicklerville, NJ ; a great grandson, Donte Smith; a great granddaughter, Mia Morris of Sicklerville, NJ and a sister in law Rhoda Grady of Lebanon, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband Elliot Weinberg; and a granddaughter, Carol Laura Smith. To honor Rita's wishes she will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at the Faith United Methodist Church in Cranesville on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 11:00 am with the Rev. Larry Anderson officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Faith Cemetery. Arthur H. Wright Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
