Obituary of Cheryl Ann Sypolt

Cheryl Ann (Tasker) Sypolt, 65, of Terra Alta, passed away unexpectedly on March 4, 2024, at the Independent Dialysis Foundation - Garrett Center, Oakland, MD. She was born January 29, 1959, in Oakland, MD, a daughter of the late Floyd E., Sr. and Mary Lee (Tasker) Teter. Cheryl worked at Hopemont as a candy-striper as well as at several restaurants. Cheryl is survived by her companion, Daily Sypolt, Jr. of Terra Alta; two sons, Daily Sypolt, III and Travis Sypolt both of Terra Alta; two daughters, Sara Roberts and Elizabeth Habecker both of Terra Alta; grandchildren, Cody Roberts, Rachel Roberts, Chelsie Roberts, Travis L. Sypolt, Robert Sypolt, Autumn Sypolt, and Colton Sypolt; great grandchildren, Heston Roberts, Raelynn Roberts, and Carson Hardesty; brothers, Floyd Teter, Jr. and wife, Karron, Robert Teter and wife, Odette, both of Terra Alta, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Cheryl is preceded in death by her sister, Verna Pifer and husband, Samuel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cheryl's memory to the Arthur H Wright Funeral home, 105 Highland Ave, Terra Alta, WV 26764, to assist the family with funeral expenses. To honor Cheryl's wishes cremation services have been entrusted with the Arthur H Wright Funeral Home in Terra Alta. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
