Andy was one of the first residents I met in Terra Alta when my husband, his 3 kids and I started attending TA First UM Church. His sunshine grin was the best greeting when we all walked in. I know Bea and her family will greatly miss him, as will we. Sending our love, prayers, and celebrating his life and amazing service to his country,
