Obituary of Everett Woodrow Moats

Everett Woodrow Moats, 73, of Terra Alta, died Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at home. The son of the late Lester W. and Minnie B. Camble Moats, he was born June 14, 1943 in Irwin, WV. He is survived by three brothers; Melvin Moats of Terra Alta, Delmar Moats of MD, Wayne Moats of Grafton; two sisters, Alta Dixon and Irma Kyle both of Terra Alta; several nieces and nephews including a special nephew, David Moats. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one brother and two sisters. Family and friends will be received at Arthur H.
