Obituary of Timothy Knotts

Timothy "Tim" Knotts, 50, of Terra Alta, died unexpectedly on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at home. The son of the late Dorothy Blanche and Donald Ray Knotts Sr., he was born June 28, 1969 in Wheeling, WV. He was an avid WVU football fan. He enjoyed fishing and being with family. He was a loving father, grandfather and brother. He is survived by two children, Hailey Knotts and fiancé Kyle Grimm of Oakland; and Ryan and Charlyn Knotts of McHenry, MD; a brother and spouse Donald R. (Martha) Knotts Jr.; three sisters, Becky (Ron) Nazelrod and Dory Fike and companion Kevin Michaels all of Terra Alta and Marcie Jo Shahan of Bruceton Mills; former wife and special friend, Lisa Rodeheaver of Oakland; four grandchildren, Adaline, Kylee, Kole and Aria; several nieces and nephews and his dog, Sammy. Family and friends will be received at the Arthur H. Wright Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday March 4, 2020 until the 1:00 p.m. time of service with Rev. Aaron Knotts officiating.
