Dave was one of the finest people I have ever worked with or for. A very very smart man but with wisdom, patience and an abundance of common sense. His driving energy and passion was Ginger and his daughters and grandchildren. The world has lost a fantastic gentle-man but Heaven pick up one of the best TCOMM men ever. Dave, until we meet again!
