Obituary of David A Glover

David A Glover, 68, of Terra Alta, died Saturday, February 17, 2018, at his daughter's residence in Rowlesburg. David was born in Morgantown, on January 4, 1950, a son of the late Ralph P. Glover Sr. and Wilma Audra (Cole) Glover. He was employed at the Waste Water Treatment Plant for the City of Kingwood. He played keyboard in several local bands and played many benefits for charity. He loved cooking, gardening and telling jokes. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Kay (Anderson) Glover; two sons, Anthony David Glover and wife Paula of Lock Lynn, MD and Andrew Scott Glover and fiancé Holly Taylor of Terra Alta; a daughter, Alisha Goff and husband Anthony of Rowlesburg; five grandchildren, Cameron, Zakayla, Kayishlyn, Lawson and Ryder; two brothers, Ralph P."Sonny" Glover, Jr.of Charleston and Gary Glover and wife Rhonda of Terra Alta and his dog, Rufus. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Loretta Moyers. Friends may call at the Arthur H. Wright Funeral Home in Terra Alta on Monday, February 19, 2018 from 2-8pm. Funeral service will be held 1pm on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, with Pastor Kevin Keplinger officiating. Burial will be in Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Terra Alta.
